This is a simple, cost effective and tasty recipe that can be served in a variety of different ways. It's a very basic recipe (and I personally do not like 'Italian' seasonings) so feel free to add more spices to your recipe or use a sauce that has different flavors as well!

Crock Pot Pulled Chicken Parmesan Ingredients 3-4 Chicken Breasts 5-6 cloves garlic minced 1 C spaghetti sauce 1/4 C grated parmesan 2 Tbsp Basil (optional) *water (only if needed) ~To make Sandwiches: Buns, provolone cheese, grated parmesan Directions
Place chicken in slow cooker, top with rest of ingredients (add water if you are worried it will burn – a couple Tbsp is good). Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 3 hours, until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F minimum) and fall apart tender.
Place chicken back in slow cooker - add a bit more sauce if needed and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
To Make Sandwiches: Heat oven to 350, place chicken on one side of bun and provolone on the other then top chicken with parmesan. Bake for about 10 minutes and serve.
Other variations: serve over pasta, serve over toast, serve with veggies, etc!
