I'm not going to lie, I was a little hesitant about making these but they turned out amazing! Next time, I would add dry ranch dressing mix to the pork chops before topping with the sauce & cheese.

Buffalo Mozzarella Pork Chops Ingredients Thinly sliced pork chops 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp butter 2-3 Tbsp wing/buffalo sauce (more or less to taste) (optional) Dry ranch dressing mix Directions
Add olive oil and butter to skillet. Season pork chops with ranch mix (if you want).
Once pan is heated to med-high heat, sear pork chops for 2-3 per side (or until done). Once the pork chops are cooked through, place on cooking sheet and apply wing/buffalo sauce to the top of each chop. Top with slice of mozzarella cheese and place under broiler for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
